This website and the Reditoe apps are operated by Reditoe India LLP, 19-4-3/E3/1, 4th Floor, STV Nagar, Tirupati (Urban), Andhra Pradesh, India – 517501 ("Reditoe", "we", "us"). You can reach us at info@reditoe.com.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to take your order and get it to you:
- Your details — name, mobile number and email address, given when you create an account.
- Delivery addresses — the addresses you save, and the location you choose for a delivery.
- Order history — what you ordered, from where, and what you paid.
- Location — while an order is in progress, so we can show restaurants near you and track the delivery. The apps ask your permission first, and you can refuse or withdraw it in your phone's settings.
- Device information — app version and device type, used to fix problems.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card details. Card, UPI and net banking information is entered directly into Razorpay's secure payment page and handled entirely by them. Reditoe receives only confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed.
How we use it
- To place your order with the restaurant and assign a delivery partner.
- To let you and the restaurant track the delivery.
- To take payment and issue refunds.
- To contact you about an order — by SMS, email or phone.
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud or misuse.
We do not sell your personal information to anybody.
Who else sees it
We share the minimum necessary with:
- The restaurant you ordered from — your name, order and, where needed, contact number.
- Your delivery partner — your name, delivery address and contact number, for the duration of that delivery only.
- Razorpay — to process payments and refunds.
- Our messaging providers — to send verification codes and order updates by SMS and email.
- Government authorities — where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept while your account is open and for as long as tax and accounting law requires afterwards. Delivery location trails are kept only briefly, for support and dispute resolution.
Your choices
- See and correct your details in the app, under your profile.
- Turn off location permission in your phone's settings at any time — some features will stop working.
- Ask us to delete your account by emailing info@reditoe.com. We will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Children
Reditoe is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the date above. Continuing to use Reditoe after a change means you accept it.
