This website and the Reditoe apps are operated by Reditoe India LLP, 19-4-3/E3/1, 4th Floor, STV Nagar, Tirupati (Urban), Andhra Pradesh, India – 517501 ("Reditoe", "we", "us"). You can reach us at info@reditoe.com.
By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Reditoe.
What Reditoe is
Reditoe is a platform that connects you with restaurants and delivery partners. The food is prepared by the restaurant, not by us. We are responsible for the ordering, payment and delivery service; the restaurant is responsible for the food itself, its quality, and its compliance with food safety law.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
- Give accurate details, and keep your login and OTP to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of our staff or delivery partners, or repeated false claims.
Orders
- An order is a request until the restaurant accepts it.
- A restaurant may decline an order — for example if an item has run out or it is closing. You are not charged for a declined order.
- Prices, taxes and delivery charges are shown before you pay. Restaurants set their own menu prices.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather and kitchen load all affect them.
- Each restaurant delivers within its own area. If your address is outside it, that restaurant will not be shown as available.
Payment
- Pay online through Razorpay, or by cash on delivery where offered.
- Online payments are handled entirely by Razorpay. We do not see your card details.
- If a payment is taken but the order fails, the amount is refunded as set out in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
Your responsibilities
- Give a correct address and be reachable on the number you provided.
- Be available to receive the order at the address you gave.
- Treat delivery partners and restaurant staff decently.
- Check any allergy or dietary requirement with the restaurant directly. We pass on notes but cannot guarantee preparation conditions.
Restaurants and delivery partners
Separate agreements govern restaurants partnering with Reditoe and people delivering for us, including commission, charges and payout terms. Those are agreed individually and are not part of these terms.
Our liability
We are liable for our own service failures. We are not liable for the quality or safety of food prepared by a restaurant, for delays outside our control, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Intellectual property
The Reditoe name, logo, apps and this website belong to Reditoe India LLP and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
