This website and the Reditoe apps are operated by Reditoe India LLP, 19-4-3/E3/1, 4th Floor, STV Nagar, Tirupati (Urban), Andhra Pradesh, India – 517501 ("Reditoe", "we", "us"). You can reach us at info@reditoe.com.

Where we deliver

Reditoe currently serves Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Each restaurant sets its own delivery radius, so the restaurants you can see depend on the address you are ordering to. If your address falls outside a restaurant's area, that restaurant will not be available to you.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive in 30 to 45 minutes. The estimate you see at checkout is worked out from the restaurant's preparation time and the distance to you. Traffic, weather, festival days and kitchen load can all push it out; the app shows live progress so you always know where your order is.

Delivery charges

• The delivery charge is shown before you pay, and depends on distance.
• Restaurants may add a packing charge, shown separately in the bill.
• Taxes are shown as a separate line. Nothing is added after you pay.

Receiving your order

• Please be reachable on the number you gave — the rider may need to call.
• If nobody can be reached at the address, the rider will wait a short while before the order is treated as undelivered. Undelivered orders are not usually refunded.
• For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready where you can.
